- Currency: Prices are listed in INR (₹).
- Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI.
- Taxes: GST is applicable on all domestic purchases within India.
- Security: We reserve the right to cancel any transaction suspected of fraudulent activity to protect our clients and the Atelier.
04. Integrated Policies
By agreeing to these terms, you also acknowledge and accept the following specific policies:
Cancellation & Refunds:
Orders can only be cancelled within a 12-hour grace period. A processing fee of ₹30-₹50 applies if cancelled after 10 hours but before 12 hours.
Shipping & Delivery:
Complimentary delivery is provided for orders above ₹2,500. Orders below this threshold incur location-based shipping charges.

All designs, imagery, logos, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Whimsy. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our designs is strictly prohibited.
06. Dispute Resolution
Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
