01. Shipping Destinations

Currently, Whimsy offers standard shipping services to customers across India.

For international inquiries or assistance with orders outside of India, please contact our concierge directly at whimsystorecollection@gmail.com.

02. Processing & Dispatch

Every order is handled with artisanal precision. Orders are processed within 15 hours to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that Sundays and public holidays are excluded from processing times.

A confirmation email containing your unique tracking details will be sent to you the moment your piece is dispatched from our Atelier.

03. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (India):

Typically 5-7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, logistics capacity, or unforeseen delays.

04. Shipping Charges

Our shipping fee structure is determined by your total order value:

  • Orders below ₹2,500:

    A shipping and handling fee will be added to your total. This charge is calculated dynamically based on your delivery address and will be visible at the final checkout step.

  • Orders of ₹2,500 or more:

    We are pleased to provide Complimentary Delivery. No shipping or handling charges will be applied to your order.

05. Order Tracking

Real-time tracking is available through our website. If you encounter any issues monitoring your shipment’s journey, please reach out to our support team for immediate assistance.

06. Delays & Liability

Whimsy is not liable for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or carrier-specific issues.

We reserve the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Any modifications will be updated on this page with the effective date. This policy was last revised in January 2026.
